How do you get the people in charge around here to get something done? Is there a head manager I can contact?

I've been working with a couple of the Super MOD people and they can't seem to help me out with some account problems I'm having; anybody know the next step to take? It's been almost a week without the problem being resolved.

 

I am and have been aware of your issue and the only way to solve it is to get in touch with IB Advertising, there is nothing I can do on this end about that.

 

I've sent him a couple of private messages and he has yet to respond. I see he's logging into the website but, obviously he's very busy or not doing his job...

 

Please understand the advertising department (many people) cover many websites and easily miss PM's from individual websites. I'm sending you direct contact info. Thanks.
