Just a thought/suggestion. I know EvoM can't afford the storage/bandwidth to host pictures in threads in general. However, there are some very good sticky posts/threads that are a lot of help to us newer Evo owners that have been up for a long time and the links to the hosted pictures are mostly busted.

Do you think that for some of these threads (like some of the sticky 'How To' threads) they could be archived, pictures and all on this site for future reference?

You actually can upload pictures to EvoM and use the site to host them, just most people don't use this feature. Mainly because it's easier to use an outside hosting service that will automatically resize and all that.

As for moving pictures in existing posts from outside hosting to EvoM, that'd be possible, but it'd be a very large undertaking.

My bad, didn't realize that. There are just some older reference threads and stickys that suffer from broken links that are very helpful to Evo newbs like me.

Yeah, unfortunately, the ones that are gone are gone, unless the original user who posted them still has the pics and is able to rehost them.
