Stupid I know, but I just noticed how many moderators there are for the Off Topic forum. Wouldn't 1 suffice there?

 

And the irony is, the OT requires the least amount of moderation compare to the others...

 

Here's my thought. Every moderator should be super mods. Then stuff that has been happening lately will stop. Stuff NEEDS to be done. Having to wait for Justin or Paul to get on is no good. Giving all moderators power to modify every forum will stop this problem. Stuff gets out of hand because there is no one around to stop it. Not any harder to moderate the whole board, instead of one forum, Since I read them all anyways. That's my suggestion of how to fix stuff.

 

I've noticed that. OT is the most congenial place.

Posts will raaarely be pulled there, but it does happen on occasion. The freer the forum's topic, generally the less the need for moderating. At least that's how I see it. We have a very regular crew in OT. Funny how it seems most people never post there. OT KRIZZEW IN EFFEX.
