i-ix how to section update

In the recent past quite a few members have complained about the difficulty of browsing the how to section. Which prompted me to take on the daunting task of reorganizing it.
Low and behold after eight hours of reorganizing and sifting through useful/out-dated threads I have finished it.
Hopefully the five categories I broke it down into simplify it enough that it makes it worth using for more members.
In the near future I intend on breaking it down a little further into sub categories to further define the sections.
Just wanted to let the community know that your feedback does not go unnoticed.
