Seller refuses to leave iTrader feedback. Suggestions?

I recently purchased a Wideband o2 from a member here on the forums and left positive iTrader feedback the day I received the item. It's been over a month and the member refuses to respond to my PM's.

What options do I have?

I'm sorry, but there is no requirement for a member to leave feedback.

My sales rating should be in the hundreds if everyone would leave feedback. Some do, some don't. Nothing you can do if they don't leave you any.

You'll be fine. Does the person post often? Maybe they are not surfing the forums that much....also some people don't care or know how to leave feedback.

although I didn't sell you anything yet, I left you positive feedback just incase.

Looks like you don't have to do any type of transactions in order to leave feedback on this site. lolz

The only reason I was concerned is my time on this forum has been short so far, so I wanted to cement a good iTrader history because personally, it's all I go by.

As for the member, he left feedback last night. I don't know if he saw this thread or not, but thanks.

Isn't there a way I can close this thread myself?

If not, mods please close it. Issue has been resolved.

Leaving feedback in the absence of a sale or trade decreases the value of our Itrader system. The Itrader system value is only as good as the integrity our community users. Thanks.

I know, but there are many dishonest users here, and once they find this loophole
they will exploit it. They will create multiple accounts, give themselves positive feedback, and start selling non existing stuff. Buyers will look at their positive feedback and will feel safe buying from them.

i guess like everything else , buyer be ware ...

Multiple accounts are dealt with most swiftly.

Its the buyers prerogative to leave feedback or not.

To add to what Smike posted, there are additional safeguards built into the iTrader system that notify the staff when unusual activity occurs. I won't disclose the details, but it does help to ensure the validity of rating system. Thanks.
