My bad dude... I started that thread. I feel bad if it caused masive wild fires. I haven't check it in a few days... I know it got moved to the OT section, then I stopped following it for the most part. But there was quite a bit of flamming on that thread.

And all I wanted to was everyone to hold hands and sing that coke jingle from the 70's.

If people would follow the rules they agreed to when registering there would not be a problem. The simple fact of the matter is that moderators read just about everything posted. Whether it's reported or not, it will almost definitely be "gotten to". It may take a minute, it may take a couple days, but that's what we're here for.

Shingen, there is no reason to apologize for the thread. Though the flaming could sort of be anticipated, I do not believe that was your intent.

Anyway, the reason IP and e-mail bans are so infrequently used have been stated. Ultimately it's up to the user whether or not (s)he will follow the rules or not.

I was saying how the thread started and then how the evo guys started getting offensive out of no reason and then...well...
That thread should have been deleted before it turned into that massive battlefield.
