Dear Lord.

MP5, when you registered you agreed to abide by the rules set forth by KK. When you violated those rules you were warned. When you violate them you will continue to be warned. If you create your own forum I will be very interested to see how you run it. I think you'll find yourself doing many of the things you're complaining about.

2fast, our tech forums are a tuning section. If you mean engine management, Mark has a lot of things on his plate right now and he will make them. He knows what he is doing, but does not have copious amount of free time in which to do everything.

I don't see why the two of you don't get together to make your own forum. I don't think you'd have that difficult of a time.

Put up a tuning section. Or have a REAL FAQ Like www.nsxprime, make it easy to use. This site has a TON on BS on the home page and it's not easy to find stuff, have to drill down like 4-5 pages to find anything. Just put in a tuning section like what we voted on and I will live there and share my installs and dyno charts and stuff. I just don't want to read about Dyno Flash every ****ing day. It's unreal. Or who did what in the 1/4.

The members are the one who decide what information is on the forum because that is where it comes from. Problem is, some members decide it is more important to carry on with arguing and berating then actually working on improving the site.

what was the point in posting my feedback? i think you have too much time on your hands.

allow me to tell you the situation because you have no idea. yet, act like it

i bought a K-bar from kareem. how much you ask? $100 they go for $145. i believe he shipped it 2-Day and didnt have to. we 'ran into problems' because it didnt get here till the 3rd day. i even got a tracking number confirming it was a 2-day package.

so who 'got money' there?

MP5 you need to stop whining. All you do is complain. Your not helping anyone out. I personally like this website. Not everyone shares your feelings. Even if you had a handful of people that is no where near the majority. So I say just suck it up and deal with it.

All the "BS" is because that's what members post. Your gripe about content has more to do with your peers than the staff.

If you don't want to read DynoFlash posts then simply ignore the user. If you have an aching curiousity then suck it up and deal with it.

I agree it's not easy to find things. Believe me, this is one of the things I want fixed most. The only problem with that is in order to keep only informative posts it requires a great deal of moving/deleting which pisses people off. Oh boy does it **** people off. I point to the US Lancer How To/Install forums as an example of ONLY informative content and my own "**** modding".

This thread's growing a little quickly to address everything, but I/we will do whatever is necessary.

I think 80% of the stuff on here is off-topic. I am really a tech type person and maybe that is why I am pissed off because there is so little of that to be found here and dynoflash, or what someone ran in the 1/4 does not matter to me. It seems like the same **** get's posted everyday... Mitsu sucks, My clutch sucks, Mitsu's paint sucks, Screw mitsu, Will cams void my warr, will a cat back void my warr, I ran xx in the 1/4, dynoflashed, dynoflashed, dynoflashed again...

You need to be on the evo side. I have NO problems with you busting someone's ***** if they post a **** install. I just get so damn tired of looking for good info and only coming up with how to cook stir fried rice, why is that **** even on here?

I read both sides though I do favor the Lancer side for moderating because we have plenty of Evo mods.

You may not have a problem with it, but often they do. People do not like it when you tell them 1. they were not the first person to think of something, 2. their idea is no different than one posted 6 mos ago, 3. if they took ANY initiative they could find the solution on their own, 4. they posted in the wrong forum (most are ok with it, some go ballistic)...and that's all I can think of right now.

Right now it's a question of what can be done and want to do vs what we have time to do and is best for the forums as a whole. Again, I agree about a couple of your points, 2fast. If you plan on sticking around I'd say expect the changes to be slow as everyone has to work on his or her own schedule.

What bothers me is the singling out of Tim. I think it's unecessary. I've stated several times before that if anyone has a problem with the staff they should first try to address it with that member. If the two people cannot come to a reasonable agreement then take it to Paul (pjal84) or myself (Andrew). That's part of our responsibility. I understand that people will constantly butt heads, but I don't think the public forum is the best place to tackle that sort of problem.

It is really not hard to post on this site and not get warnings. All you have to do is act like an adult and all will be fine. It is really simple.

Of the 15000 members who have registered for this site, only like 5 have gotten enough warnings to be banned.

i didtn bother to read threw the whole thread, just the beginning arguments, but ithink the mods here do an awesome job keeping everything under-control and such. Im nto really sure what else they could do differntly, and if they warn you its b/c its there job as a MOD to do so.

Ive been a member here for some time now ... and never been warned. I know i do not have taht many post' s but still, you just cant start crap with people or be an ******* to them and then your fine.

sorry if that was off-t0pic of didnt make too much sense, but just how i feel.
