This is a private forum though. Just so you guys understand I have absolutely NOTHING against you and absolutely NO reason to protect Gino. He's not even a registered vendor (though this would likely be treated the exact same way by me if he were).

And Scott I'm sorry I came off like such a hardass right off the bat, but please understand I'd already read 6 PMs from Joel about the same exact thing and I only have so much patience.

I personally appretiate that you come out and just say it out in public cuz it shows how he's been dealing with the customer service aspect of his "shop"but either than that, what i'm saying about pms is... aside letting us know how he's "****ing you over"... alot of the stuff could've been said in pm... not trying to start n e thing, just saying that i know what hobie's trying to say... and i agree with him about keeping it in the pms, that's all bro...

Well the reason I did not trash the threads is because people should know if there have been problems with a buyer/seller. If you see someone with -2 feedback and two poor reports of transactions you'd have to be retarded to buy from him. I've mentioned that you should leave him negative feedback on a couple occasions. As for your own personal problems (Again) i've offered to step in and you still haven't given me the green light.

And again, would you mind if I posted the PM's? I'm answering all your questions to the best of my ability (please tell me if I've missed anything), but you have not listened to what I've sent to you.

 

You said you will help how are you going to do that? Can u get me the info like i asked? Double team, i could agree with that if we were ganging up on him and personal assaults. I never insulted him i was speaking about something that has been talked about off this board! No need to rehash what that is! But this needs to be public. Pms just don’t work. I never asked Joel to help me post on a thread this isn’t a team effort. I have separate issues with this guy. Other members are concerned as well not just him and me. I hope we can keep this civil. With your help HP maybe we can do that and would welcome your help. Im sure joel would like the help as well. maybe we can start on a new foot and try to resolve this and be buddies

Ok, it seems like we've come to some sort of accord here. I'll do my best to help assure that 1. You get your harness and 2. This does not happen again. Of course my power and persuasion are limited as well, but I think we should be able to resolve this without too much more hassle.

Scott, I'm sorry to say but yours is much harder to resolve since there was no transaction. Would you consider my helping to find you another TV at the same/similar price help enough?
