I don't know where people get the idea we're getting free stuff from the vendors. We don't get anything to do this job, not even a penny. We do this out of our own time. Whoever heard this ridiculous rumor from must have gotten the wrong idea.
And I was the one who moved that thread to Off-Topic.
Although I wished we did get paid...
This thread is going down south very quickly if things stay the way they are.
I am just fond of this site because it has given me sources for all the mods that have my Lancer performing as well as it does now. So I figure it can't hurt to help a little during the numerous hours I spend reading and responding on this site.
Vendor comment is great! I've had some horrible experieinces with some vendors, but because I am a mod I do not post them.
I've had some excellent experiences with some vendors and occasionally have given credit where it is due.
Otherwise, no one knows what tuner or mods I have because it is 1. none of their business and 2. better if mods don't support and not support vendors on the forums.
I am not suprised that some of the people posting in this thread are the current trouble makers everywhere else. Well at least in my areas.

In general, there are two types of users that are warned. Those that make a mistake and don't do it again. (maybe they read the rules
)And those who either try to get away with as much as possible or instigate on purpose. Those are the ones who get banned repeatedly.
