Set up on Avatars?

How do I load an Avatar from my computer onto the site so I can have it displayed below my User Name, I looked through all the Availble Icons and they just dont please me I have some on my computer that I want to use on the site..any one know how?

Go to Miscellaneus click on Newbie Forum and you will see a thread of AVATAR there. It will guide you to set up an avatar to your screen name, but you gotta have 15 or more post to set up your own avatar. Good luck!!!
