I made a post about going to ThunderHill the other day because I had a question about tires https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...hreadid=57050. And it gets moved to Regional within 1 minute of being posted. Now there are several posts like, "WASSAP TO ALL SoCal EVOS!" and, "Track day in Mid Ohio" on the first page of general that have been up for a day or so. Is there something that I have to do special when I want to make a post like this without getting it moved?

Well that post belongs in the West Region Forum. We move by content (which in this case, the West Region Forum). Anything pertaining to a specific city or place (meets, where so and so are located, etc...) gets moved to the correct regional forum.

The two other threads you've mentioned haven't been moved since recently because I haven't been able to get to it as fast as I usually do. I just moved those two to their rightful places. Things tend to get cluttered when I'm not there to organize the threads.

Also moving this to Site Feedback & Suggestions.

 

I would recommend attracting attention to the regional thread by created a new thread in the general forum with a link to your regional thread.
