Edit thread title..

Thread title says it all. It would probably be a great idea to make it so the OP can edit their thread title.

Agreed. That's how it is on my local forum, and it is very convenient, especially for updates.

Hey guys!

This version of Vbulletin does not allow that discrete of control for usergroups. If a future version allows it, I will make the change. The quickest way to edit the subject is to report your post and the moderators will be happy to help. Thanks.

Are you sure? Im pretty sure many forums use Vbulletin and you can edit your thread title on them.

Matter fact, NASIOC uses the same version of Vbulletin (3.7) and you can edit your thread titles there. So its not that this version doesnt have the feature.

Again, there is not a way to set it up to match the unlimited time a member can edit his/her own post. The ability to edit a thread title requires a time limit. I have set it to 7 days which matches other similar communities. Thank you for your suggestion!
