evom recently causing 100% cpu usage on firefox mac

it started around xmas time. with firefox v27, some pages in the forums drive cpu usage up to 100% requiring me to force quit. i thought it might be flash animations, but disabling did not fix. anyone else having this issue?

Hi,

I've not seen other reports of the same issue but will monitor this thread. Can you duplicate the issue with Safari? Thanks!

I'll try, however it seems to be somewhat random. It just happened now on Firefox, and I was able to close all the EvoM pages to bring CPU usage back down. When I reopened the same pages in Firefox, there was no issue the second time. I'll probably have to use Safari for a few days.

My hunch is an ad being served up is the cause. I don't have Mac OS, but do you have an ad blocker you could try? Also, can you send me the URL of the page?
