PM features

Hi,

I see that I have sent mail folder and PM tracking but none of them works. Are these features not enabled.

For saving a copy to your Sent folder, you must check the box that indicates, "Send a copy to sent mail folder."

For PM tracking, that feature is disabled. My guess is bandwidth consumption is the culprit.
