Maybe I'm missing it, but I asked a mod, and I don't think there is a such a thing.

It'd be nice to have a recent topics or watched topics link. Some easy link that will show you the threads you have participated in in the past 7 days.

It's very hard to find my topics/responses!

 

there is such a thing. it is called search by user. just type your name in that box and it will show you all the threads you posted in and it goes by order so it is always current

 

Just subscribe to them. Just click "subscribe to this thread" link located down at the bottom. Then you can simple go to your User Control Panel and see the threads you've subscribed to.

You can also see all your posts by going to your profile and clicking "search for all posts by this user" located on the top right hand corner.
