Suggestion for signatures

I like seeing people's sigs, and since pictures aren't allowed I don't have to worry about having a naked girl popup on my screen at work. However, in light of my gripes about wasted space on the screen, I thought a change to how sigs are displayed would be good. Specifically, rather than display a users signature in every post he makes on a page, only display it on the first post that user makes on a given page.

I realize this may not have a lot of benefit (and might be difficult to code), particularly for those who have posts per page set at 15 or 20, but in some threads it would considerably reduce space devoted to sigs.

I'm fully aware that it's easier said than done.

I want to see the sigs - just not repeatedly. I'm not going to lose any sleep if it can't be done, it was just a suggestion.

well i'm sure he can think about it at a later day, the change between vb2 and vb3 is big, because vb3 is phrase and template based.... and alot is different. that is why he has to have a new homepage.
