And I now have proof of it. I met a guy over the weekend who does work for MMNA here in CA. He told me how HE has spotted and forwarded stories of abuse from THIS internet forum. It's not his job. But he said in some cases they do go to the internet when a 'fishy' story comes across the service managers desk...

He said they positively identified a specific individual because the specifics he gave in his story matched those of the warranty issue they were dealing with 100%.

LOL, that sounds like me on the dot. Unfortunately for them my story isn't fishy at all.

I think you only need to have a line on each page that any use of this board and any information contained herein is subject to the terms and conditions set forth here whether you are a member or not. ("here" would be the link to the policy).
MMC's use of the board and subsequent failure to read the terms and conditions presented is their problem since the statement exists at the bottom of every page.
Playing stupid never holds up in any court. They can't say they didn't see it, that is not an acceptable defense in civil or criminal court.
