Advertisers on EvoM.net who are shoddy, and misrepresented? My point is I know they pay for advertizing, but when their business dealings are poor it seem that you condone it, and do not care at all. Business dealings are different for everyone. As for myself I was definetly wronged by one of your advertizers, and and left out to dry when I explained my story. I know my case is not isolated with this advertizer, the moderators in here remove factual reports, almost sounding bias. Would any of you like to be made to look ridiculous by an advertizer who wronged you and then lied, and changed the story around? I can garantee you would be quite annoyed. For the record I have not threatened anyone, as stated by false claims again by advertizer, so he can run and hide behind a curtain of deciet, if anything I was defending myself from a few flames that were directed to me by uninformed loyalists to him. We don't condone shoddy business practices, but as with many things on the Internet, we can't always prove or disprove either side. As long as both sides state their case in a respectable manner, then the issue can presented, but there are rarely ways to prove either side or resolve the issue through the forums because it then involved many other people and their opinions.

The only real way to resolve an issue is to deal directly with that advertiser. I'm almost certain they would be willing to make a wrong righted if they care enough about their business. If not, then the forums are here to present your case in a respectable manner, but you must understand that outlandish comments, flames, etc should be kept out.

Please keep in mind that this site is not your main mouthpiece when it comes to sorting a problem with a Vendor. You should conduct your due diligence by calling/emailing/visiting that Vendor to sort that problem. Most Vendors around here will bend over backwards to fix a problem. But you have to give them a chance to do so.

If, and only if, you do not get resolution by the more traditional methods, should you be posting on this board about your problems.

Blonde and I deleted 3 of your posts because they were OT with regards to the thread topic and they were inappropriate in tone for ANY forum on this site. Your posts did not outline your problem (whatever it is) or sort a solution for that problem. They only existed to cause problems.

We have no problems with users who wants to complain about Vendors. We do not cover up these issues when they come up. But keep in mind that those threads/posts are subject to the same rules and regulations as every other post on this forum. If they break rules, the posts will be deleted....regardless of the subject.

If you want to complain about a Vendor, you just have to make that post in the proper place (not in a completely unrelated thread, or in the wrong forum) and make your claims in such a way that you do not break any of the posting rules of this site.

i will relpy to this post simply for the fact that i was the mod in question so i would like to explain my actions to clear misconception:


1) i did not cover for the vendor, you posted what happend in that thread and i let it go with out any cover up because it was your right to complain.

2) i did delet a post of yours in another thread because i feel that bad mouthing the vendors in every thread he starts is the wrong thing to do.

3) you did threaten a member because i have the PM that you send him and that is why you recieved a warning.

4) you pm'd me back saying that the other member also threaten you and i gave him the same warning i gave you.

5) we are not biased toward any vendor or member. everybody is held to the same standard. i can promise you that if a vendor will threat a member he will be punished and i can also promise you that we treat all members the same way.
