whats vendor policy
whats the vendor policy for a vendor on here who "rips" you off? as in, you get charged like 800 dollars, but don't receive the merchandise, and tehy don't return phone calls or emails

I just saw this. You can report the issue to a mod or myself and we can try and help resolve the matter. We do reserve the right to terminiate a vendor account if we see fit. I would hope the vendor in question would have a good sense of customer service and resolve the matter so it doesn't have to escalate.
Stating that we allow vendors to rip people off is uncalled for.
