FIS Rocks!!!!!! Dyno sheet inside

I tell you what I've never seen any shop go out of their way for someone like these guys did for me.

I started another thread that details some of the problems we had you can find it here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=102383

To make a long story short I had a Flash on my car and we tried installing injectors and then tune with a Utec 1.7 . For whatever reason the two just wouldn't work together and Steve at FIS stayed working on my car 3 days in a row, sometimes not going home till 1am. He installed/uninstalled my injectors like 4 times trying to trouble shoot it, hell he even put the injectors on a flow bench. The injectors we're fine.

After I got the flash removed, there where zero problems and they got the car done in a matter of hours. And here's why they are so great: My car spent three days on the dyno, and they spent at least 20+ hours in labor on my car. I was really worried what the charge would be, but I think they came through at a very reasonable $500.

This also included pressure testing my intercooler pipes, and fixing a broken bolt on my Buschur intake. FIS you guys really took good care of me, and I can't thank you enough for it. Please check them out and I can promise you won't be disappointed. http://www.fi-systems.com/

One last thing I'd like to add is their tuning philosophy is for longivity, not huge HP #'s. They have a very good reputation on the subaru boards for not blowing things up, and that peace of mind is very important to me. Here is my dyno sheet, a stock 2003 Evo will make 220hp on it. I picked up 11lbs tq and 5 hp from running the flash. John

I was just happy to see 70% injector duty cycle now vs. the 100% I had with the flash.

Although I should add with the Flash I was running the stock injectors, and now I have 680's from Buschur.

Why not do the turbotrix thing in December? I'll be there to get my race gas map made. Also congratulations on the new car!

Did you save all the mods off your old evo, or were you planning on running stock with a flash?

FIS does rock, they are one of the best in the DFW area. Jason and Steve go out of their way to make thing look perfect. I will never take my car anywhere else.

GO FIS!!!!
