went to get winter tires for the NTB store on S. I-35, also have a curb rash redo. after being told it was a day turn-around, it took 4 days. three different times i asked and was told that my Yokos were there waiting for me. needless to say the tires were nowhere to be found, i am missing the centerpiece to my wheel (so-so job of repair) and they damaged another wheel in removing weight.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!
how many of us take rims in to have tires switched..? this shop cannot be trusted.
Two different managers told me my Yokos were there. but when i came to pick up my car, guess what...each time i asked for my tires i was told a different story. they will not call me, choosing a "hide and seek" approach.
has anyone in Austin had a similar experience. if so, write to me, i smell a Class-Action Lawsuit...

 

I have a friend that works for them in San Antonio.
The place does suck. NTB is owned by Tire Kingdom in Florida. They are notorious for shady stuff.

 

LMAO... dude a class action law suite requires a WHOLE LOT MORE then that.

 

I went to NTB on 281 and Bitters for a flat repair and they treated me like a king, but ONLY after seeing my car. Let me pull it in the garage because "if that was my car, I wouldn't want anyone else to drive it." Also bumped me up from 5th in line for flat repair to first and let me hang out and watch everything they did so I'd know it was done right. Being royalty MUST be awesome, cause thats what I felt like for 30 minutes...
