I have just had a very pleasant telephone conversation with Evotexas regarding my product and his disatisfaction. There can be no doubt that he was not satisfied with his Dyno Flash.

I have agreed to issue him a 100% refund of his payment for the base flash which I am now processing to him.

I try hard to make my product as good as it can be, however, it seems that in some rare cases, just like with any other product, it may fail to satisfy the customer (for what ever reason) - that is why I offer a 2 week test drive and 100% no questions asked refund so that everyone who purchases a through the mail flash can try it on on their car and see how it works for them. Of course, with our custom dyno tuned flashes there is an immediate indication of the results in the form of a dyno sheet to show the actual gains recorded. That is why on the base flashes we extend the guarantee 2 weeks.

I hope that now the dispute and dialouge between Evotexas and I can be closed and we can move onto other subjects.
