It is every Monday night, a few thousand people, portable dyno's, the typical A-town bruhaha. It's in the Costco parking lot though and more often referred to as the Costco meet. Many people meet up at Hooters down I20 or Sonic down Matlock prior.
Yeah I know but the Evo guys are generally the first Monday (at least those of us in Dallas) and I wanted to make sure someone I know will be there since no one has mentioned it so far.
thats right it is sopposed to be this week huh. well i know it got to big and costco is in the process of kicking us out. but also dan is in the process of finding a new parking lot. i know there will be an event this week though, but not sure if i will be there. i am falling to far behind in my classes and it is much to expensive for me to not try to pass.

not sure. brandon lives in plano now.... i'm sure quincy will be there. brice is always there. there are a couple other regulars (two other alamo cars) and a couple others i hardly know.
my best recommendation to you is to not go this week. i was a little unclear from dan, he said specifically to not advertise a meet this week, but then he said he was still needing volunteers for it. i was confused if his plan was to use the volunteers to kick everyone out, or to sort of reduce the numbers at the meet (but at this point it doesn't matter... they completely fill the costco parking lot and all the parkinglots around it including side streets. i will IM him right now and ask what hes doin.

Nah, I didn't go this time around because it was completely unclear if there was going to be a meet tonite. I was up at Alamo this evening until night fall getting some stuff done to my car and about six our more hatchback civics rolled up saying that folks were meeting up there still but they were being told to go to either Hooters (free beer all night) or Sonic. That was around nine o'clock so after watching George dyno his loud red beast, I just headed home for some R&R. Hey Kevin, I got your pm about contacting Dan...thanks! I'll give him a call tomorrow sometime.
