It was semi-lame for me to bump a 3-year-old thread. But y'all are diving into a 3-year-old flame war!

 

It's always fun when you're passed by a teenager in a high performance vehicle the same as yours and then a couple months down the road you hear that they totaled their car...and then a few days later they're driving the same car, but a different color. Those parents who keep buying those cars for those who aren't ready should be beaten in public until they learn to keep their kids in something that they can handle.

I've seen this scenario play out too many times during the 4 years that I worked in SoCal. The kids don't care because they know that mommy or daddy will take care of everything for them. It's another reason why those of us who are responsible have to pay the rates we do for insurance and have the bad reputation that we do for the cars we choose to drive.

 

Bumping this one again! Should be required reading for all new Evo owners. Anyone got the original pics saved? We need to get them back up here for people to see. Anyone every hear anything about the driver and passenger?
