Cant be a2's because they retail for $1600. Probably a1's.

True, but the A2 is the only one that is 15-way. The A1 is fixed dampening...maybe they meant 5-way and they are the SA1

now heres the question: when they say 15-way adjustable damping, what the hell does that mean? does that mean they can adjust compression and rebound each with 7 and 8 "clicks" each respectively?

or do they actually have 15 different independent adjustments, of which no one would have any clue what they actually do...?

15 total detent settings for the non-independent compression/rebound. Independent spring length, spring preload, shock body length (ride height), and mounting bracket length adjustments.
