Is there any dealership in the metroplex that will do routine service and not strip you of your warranty if you've modded?

I know it could be hit or miss.I bought the car from Carmax and got their warranty which covers me until 99,ooo miles.They havent said anything yet when taken in for service.that damn P0300 code pops up recently.thinking about taking it in for the update.No tune yet.

 

i just had mine in at higgins, they didn't say anything. in fact, without me even asking, they said they would replace my rear wing and that they already ordered it for me by the time i picked up my car! BTW, my car lopes like a motha... haha.

 

Hopefully they are not flagging your car in the service system then then not saying anything

 

I need my wing AND calipers done. They are both pretty bad.

I don't know what's convenient for you. I've made quite a few changes to my car, as noted in my car's public profile. Don Herring Mitsubishi in Plano does the work on my car and they are mod-friendly. You can talk to Larry in Service.

i think KevinD means Huggins. they are pretty good. that's where i bought mine. only been in for service there like 3 times.

 

yeah thats what i meant only been to the place once cause hiley is sketchy at best now.

 

I got my black '03 shipped up from San Antonio to the Irving Carmax last February. I have begun to get the code while sustained speeds of 75-80 while slightly on boost. I also think that by the sound that one fuel injector may be to blame since I can hear it over the others.
