after years....hopefully on thursday my car will be goin on the lift for a clutch/flywheel install and we out and meet you guys

 

Who is doing your clutch install? If you don't already have a good shop then I would take it over to William at Precision R. He has done well over 10 clutch jobs on the Evo's here in town. He is the only shop in town that I trust with my car.

 

I had William install my Tilton Hybrid Twin Disc....Make sure u buy some of that good ol mitsubishi diaqueen lsd gear oil gl5 (i got mine for $44.00 for 4liters that includes shipping and handling cuz tha dealership here tried to rape me)to put into the transfer case and rear diff as well cuz I am not sure whut william put...but my car is having a very very hard time going into gear especially in the morning...I had my new clutch for a month and a half.... and it started acting up after 3-4 weeks...
He has also done my roommates clutch and another co-workers...ur prolly lookin at close to $500 for the install

Yeah, William did my Exedy twin disk about 5 months ago. Awesome job and quick....no problems at all

 

how much does he charge for changing the fluids with the clutch/flywheel?

 

he charged me $518 total......i had to buy a throwout bearing because the one that I had ordered online didnt come in time. So, I have an extra throwout bearing if you need one....
