I feel for ya man...been there done that. Glad it wasn't as bad as it could have been...again, let us know if there is anything we can do.

You will also probably want to get as many mods off the car as possible before the insurance company takes it to the yard. I have a few stock parts...maybe enough to replace your intake and such...let me know and a few of us can come over and help swap stuff...

Who is "they"? If it's the insurance company, I would not tell them anything about that. You owe them the factory car/parts only. However, if they are paying extra coverage on the claim to cover the mods, then leaving them on is not an issue.

If the car is not at your house, then of course you may not have access to the car...I made sure to get my car home before I even called the insurance company to report a claim.

Don't know u but Glad u are ok! I was in a car wreck about a month ago in my beater car and it was totaled. I would recommend getting a lawyer because if the person that hit you has insurance, their insurance will do anything to get u to talk and decrease the amount of money they pay u. A lawyer won't take money unless u win the case and it is usually a third. It is totally worth it when trying to deal with insurance companies.

Another bit of advice is to do whatever u can to get things off of ur car ASAP because somehow my car got lost and was found 3 hours away aout 2 weeks later with things missing.

Good Luck!!!!
