If your in San Antonio I recommend Precision R they do great stuff there. I know some other people can back me up that they do good stuff there. I get all my stuff installed there and I'll be going to get my cams there too.

I would take it to William at Precision R as mentioned. He is the only shop in town I trust.

Precision R (Ask for William say Jason Sent you)

johnny,

it depends on what you have changed on the car since your last tune.. if its just minor bolt-ons.. a road tune should be fine. if thats the case, please let us know so I can send mark with his portable wideband.. otherwise, street tuning won't be a possibility.

I should be installing some goodies into my car by mid-july so it'd be cool if it was late july/early august. Either way doesn't matter, you'll see me there!

Yes, the cams are just changing the lift and duration, and it is really more duration (valve stays open longer) than lift (how much the valve opens). If you are not puting cam gears in then the timing events won't be affected (so long as it is done right). So boosting isn't gonna hurt, computer is just gonna freak and won't want to run right with the EXTRA air/gas, won't know what to do with it. Yes/No/Yes/No/Yes/No/Yes/No/Yes/No/Yes/No is kinda what it will be doing. Won't hurt, just wont want to boost good. Just don't go off and knock out 20psi. The tune will help the computer see the light. Hope this was helpful
