A flash would certainly get you more power and help smooth things out even more. The safc is more a sub-computer fuel control and just isn't as adjustable as the flash is. But to be honest you don't have to get a flash the safc is capalbe of making your car run, just not going to yeild as much power as a flash will. Of course if you do decide to get a flash it will replace the safc.

Well I am 90% sure that the guy down the street is gonna get a tune, so that will get us 1 more making 7.

We are trying to come up with the dough to get 2 EMS units, if we can, we will bring the Skyline for Mark to tune also, and that will give us another making 8 tunes.

SAFC II doesn't control timing, so you can get more out of your car with a tune. Mark from TT is awesome. I got tuned last time he came to Dallas (4 the 2nd time).

If any of you want to buy a RNR 50 trim turbo kit, I got one laying in my garage (just need a wastegate). It would be a perfect excuse to get a tune too.

+1 it is all in the timing. Fuel control is a big part of tuning, but being able to increase timing is where most of the power is. Plus with a re-flash you do not need to spend time removing or adding fuel or timing when the weather changes. It will make those adjustments for you and keep your car running a peak levels.

The evo 8 flash for $300 would be what you want.

Glad you got your questions answered bro, I am pretty sure a flash will take care of everything you got in your car.....I pretty much have the same set-up you do.
Catch you all later...

Also, i made an edit on the first post..... any WRX's and STI's welcomed! If you guys know of anyone out there that needs a subie tune, let them know. Thanks...
