I'm going to Northwest Arkansas for Labor Day weekend. It will be the first road trip in the EVO. The drive is pretty darn boring except for the last two hours when I get in to the Ozark mountains. I went to college up there and know some pretty go roads to unleash the EVO. City driving suks arce. My dad is taking his 38 foot mobile home to the White River and we will be fishing, hiking and eating.

I will post some pics of the scenery and the EVO...

Yeah I will. With it being a long holiday weekend there will be police everywhere so most likely will flow with traffic until I get onto the side roads...

Ozarks Rule!!!
Jim and I were talking about organizing an EVO roadtrip up there too.
I know you are planning a whole weekend, but maybe we could compare notes and drive up n back w/the pack.

I took my first ever canoe-camping trip on the Buffalo National River, a little over 19 years ago.

I love that area.

There are actually some great roads just north of Paris that will take you into Ark, then you can take twisties all the way through the state...

Sounds like a fun trip!

We are going to leave on Saturday morning. Normal route is 35E North to either 380 or 82 east to 75. 75 turns into Okla 69. Take that all the way to I40 east to Hwy 71 near Alma Arkansas. Thats where the fun begins. Take 71 into Fayetteville to 69 East to Beaver Lake at a point called Parker Bottoms on the White River.. Smooth.....
