North Texas weather

to all the north texas evo.. I was driving this morning and its about 32 degrees and the evo is loving it.. But I notice that my brake light is on the dashboard. What do you guys think it is? Any body knows? please let me know.. Is my brake freeze thats why the indicator light is on?

be extremely careful in this weather with the stock advans guys. they arent recomended for anything below 40 degree's or they harden up. so if you're lame like me and cant afford tires, be really really careful

I was out this morning at about 7, and the roads were in pretty good shape; the drivers, on the other hand, we driving like ****.

I work in Irving, and my manager asked me to make arrangements to stay at a hotel out here so that I didn't have to drive back and forth in this... It's really starting to look pretty bad out there.

Thanks for that info, I honestly didnt know that and was still driving like I normally drive. Its freaking freezing, 36 but a wind chill of 28...man the wind is slapping my face.

The weather sucks here!! I drove down last week to witchita falls for my military training school and it was beautiful!! in a matter of minutes its cold and it starts snowing!

Thanks for all the info about the tires... although I have a falken tires right now but its the cheap one and I think its harder that the advan (Like I said its cheap). Anyways so did any body know about why my e-brake light on even though its release already?

Ow yeah to all the Mr out there did you guys try to drive in snow mode?

I'm originaly from MN so this stuff really ain't nothing, I'm more worried about other drivers. I'm down here in cleburne it's pretty cold but no ice yet

yankees represent! i'm from michigan. i've seen summer days colder and more snowy then this.

but yes, be VERY afraid of the texas driver...

well the thing about Texas is....for insatnce....yesterday the high was 78 degress....then it snowed that nite.....i dont think there is any other place in the US that does that...

clearly your not originally from MN then.... 50 degree temp swings are almost a monthly occurance up there. ps. half my family is from st paul so i'm very familar with MN weather too.

haha, a few years back i took my porsche out of storage for the winter. this was late april, temps were short and t-shirt level. a week later there was over a foot of snow on the ground. thats just one example.
