Like the title says, methanol (99.99%).

Just tried to order on line, there's a $20 Hazmat fee for shipping, on top of $11 shipping charges. Makes it close to $80 for 5 gal. That's crazy.

What shops sell it? AJ's Fuel is close to my work, but their out of meth till Feb.?????

This is where I get my meth. He's near 249 and Beltway 8. Give him a call and see if he's getting more. I just took his last 4.5 gallons on Friday. The small shops don't like holding on to race fuel over the winter, as no one buys it.

thanks for all the input..... Conley's (a big Buick GN shop, remember Tweaked?) isn't that far from the house. The buy VP meth. in 55 gal. drums, and sell it for $4 per gallon. You have to bring your own container though. There at Aldine Westfield and 1960 (between 45N and 59) if it's convenient for anyone else.
