haha...so true...you see a lil drop of rain or snow around here, and less than 5 min. there's an accident around the corner already. for some reason, the drivers here are kinda like the "oh wow, it started raining, oh well, i'll keep driving 80 mph and drive like my car's anchored to the ground" type.

The other night coming home from KevinD's in the driving rain storm that started all of this, I was sitting first at the light with my head down looking at my phone. I heard a slight noise in all the rain and defroster noise, looked up to see a car in front of me all smashed in...the other car was nearby all smashed up, smoking in the rain and cold. Minding my own business, I was almost smashed severely in my little Miata...yikes!!

last nite on the way home from a friend's house, on a stop light there was a car that was smashed against a pole i think, at a gas station..i don't know how he got there coz the ramp to the gas station is nowhere close to where the car was.

and then right across the stop light was another car that hit the gutter i guess, and there was a cop trying to talk to the driver.

Yeah, it was nasty last night but nastier this morning. I didn't go over 20mph coming into work. A couple of the other guys saw people wrecking on their way in. I drove thru neighborhoods the whole way.

Why everyone drives 20mph and some jackass feels they can do 40mph is absurd. I'm glad those people slide off the road and are stuck the rest of the day for their stupidity. I just hope they don't take out the safe/slow drivers with them.

I havent been outside on the roads yet today...but I have to in about an hour.

And, yes, I think this may be a "dirty" NTEC meet tomorrow hahaha. Not sure if I want to wash the car in 30 degree weather
