Houston Dealer Service Recommendation

After doing some searches with no real luck, I thought I'd pose the question.

What Mitsu dealer in the Houston area have people had good luck/experience with?

I have a transmission issue that I need to resolve and don't like the guys at Gillman here in Austin. I'll be doing quite a bit of business in Houston the next few months so I thought that I might take advantage of that and take it in somewhere in Houston.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

D

Has no one been to the dealer for service in the Houston area? Or none of them were any good?

whatever u do bro, dont go to HUB off 290; they're freaking thieves and DO NOT listen very well at all. Went in there for a new syncro, long story short they had my car for months, charged me for things i had NO clue they were going to do, then charged me over $500 dollars in repairs that they told me would be covered under my current warranty. On top of all that they gave me SUCH HELL about every little thing; they were very accusatory. But they're so close to my house I went in just to get their opinion on something minor recently and they, yet again, were obnoxious about it. I'm going to try the Mitsu at 45North and the Beltway area. And my car is bone stock by the way.

But I'm not bitter!

I've taken my car in numerous times to the Mitsu dealer on 45 / beltway and they have never given me problems. Granted all I did was get my free oil changes, but the service guys were cool and seemed to really like the cars. I'de give them a call and see what they say about your situation.

Good deal; hopefully it'll go well. The guy who I spoke to (briefly) was a guy named Donny. Guess you don't by chance know him at all huh?

I got my TC replaced at North Gillman. They didn't help me much on trying to get it warrantied, but they seemed to do decent work.
