anodizing

any one know of a company that can anodize valve covers trying to stay away from powder as i was informed magnesium tends to blister powder coats over time.

Back in the day, I used to have stuff coated here with good results. You may give them a call and see if they do anodizing as well...

There was a company that we used locally when I was building helicopters. I don't have their number or if they're still around.. Their name is (ANODICS) not sure of the spelling.
