West Loop Mitsubishi complains, Any ideas for HELP?

West Loop Mitsubishi in San Antonio has ripped me off!!! These guys told me they were going to use my rebate to bring down the amount to be financed on my OZ but when I got the papers, it wasnt there!

Then they told me that they used $1000 of it to secure my loan from the financier and said the rest was profit when I reported them to MMCA. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and Texas Attorney General, and guess what they told them, that they sold me the OZ for $19,500!!!

I need to get my money!!! Any suggestions?

Thanks.

i dunno what to tell you bro. west loop has a pretty good rep on herer. a few people have gotten their cars from there and even taken them back to them due to aftermarket problems and west loop fixed without hassle. but if this problem is real it sounds like youre taking the right road and going legal about it..thast what id do.

Even the contract says the car was sold for $16,500. Who in their right mind would pay $19,500 for an OZ? It is a nice car, but we all know how much they are worth.

Recent developments: Well, the owner, Tim Butler, told me that the OZ spoiler was $995 and the Washtub contract was $995, and that's where my rebate went. The charges will be filed next week.
