I sold my Evo VIII for an STI. Now I own an Evo IX and I'm selling the STI. You could be bored and looking for a new car because its something to do.

 

Man you and I both man. I was thinking of saving all the money I can till that Camaro came out. Those things justl ook like pure sex. You and me are in the same boat, roughness, 4-door, 4 cylinders, loud VS. WAY more stylish, 2-door, big block, but still loud. But why sell your Evo, just save your money till they come out. That gives you a year to save for a very nice down payment.

 

dunno lol im just confused i've been driving evos since i was 16 i got the evo8 and last august i got the nine they're crazy fast i love them to death i know my car in and out i get respect in my car and for the times it runs but it just seems like a never ending money pit ya know? i'm never gonna be the fastest ... but i can buy a turbo kit , but the power wont get down so i'd get a new clutch , then this and that all to be the best when you'll never get there im kinda just wanting to take a rest and have something nice and luxurious to drive but then again i cant sell my baby we've been through too much i dunno we'll see when they come out they're really the only car that has stood out to me in 2 1/2 years other than the evo, that i could afford of course

 

Awe...thanks man!! I really don't see myself selling the Evo unless of course it just completely craps out on me. I feel like I have to much money, blood, sweat, and tears invested in my car to just let her go like that

 

I know, I couldn't believe how nice that thing was. They offered me a good price on it to (about 3k less than book value) I'm getting heart burn just thinking about the gas mileage though....16 city & 19 hwy. I averaged about 14.1 mpg while I had it according to the information display on the dash. What's worst for my pocket book anyway is the fact that it's a 22 gallon tank. I put 20 bucks worth of gas in it before turning it back in and it didn't get anywhere near the half tank mark

 

That was the only thing keeping me from getting a trailblazer SS is the gas mileage. You might be able to bump up your mpg by like 1, if you get some tuning.
Having looked at and driven the SS, it is the only truck I've ever wanted to drive, but do I need to spend $60-80 to week on gas verse $30 - 40?

lol ya 350z's were nice as well as g45 but the camaro has looks and an ls2 400hp i dunno im about to put my act street in my evo soon and get some lower 12's this time around
