DFW guys

Ok I'll be finding out from the service manager soon when I'm comming to the area for training. I looked at the training schedule, and I may not even go.
I'm making the trip reguardless. I need to get tuned(Kevin D), I wanna play around some, go to car meets, and maybe get it dynoed.

I want to be there on the 3rd Tuesday night so bad, but that requires me taking off more days, so I don't think I can make it.
I'm thinking of taking off a Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon. I'll get there sometime friday, and leave Monday lunch or after noon.
What are the names of some tracks there(1/4, or there websites.
what's the weather like there in Oct?
I found a post that listed other dallas meets every day of the week. I'll check it out.

Who on here does this kinda stuff that I can meet up with??

What all AWD dynos are there?? Alamo Autosport, and who else.

Where can I buy race gas?

Basically, I'm asking for some guys to be my guide through a fun, car filled
weekend in Dallas.

If that link even works, that's where I stayed before, and may just stay there again. Unless someone suggests any where else that's better, or cheaper. Is this a good central location that I can get to the car events??

Also would some DFW guys PM me that would be willing to let me in on some info that maybe shouldn't be posted???

109 is 8.25 a gallon here. How much is it there??

I don't know when I'm comming down there yet. Once I find out if I'm going to training or not I'll plan which weekend I'm heading that way. This is why I'm posting, I'm hoping someone will say, "You should come (__enter_day_here__), cause there's a meet, and dyno day at (where ever)". or something of the sort.

I dunnnoo. IF this is the weekend I come to Dallas, the only thing I may RSVP for is the dyno. I would like to attend the other events, but not interested in entering in the show n shine.

Whats the deal with the track time?? This would be like a once in a life time opportunity for some one from Lubbock.
I want to make a little vacation of my trip too. I don't want to spend all day at a track. I want to go other places too. Speed zone, maybe some other attractions.
