Does anyone have any suggestions for an area where I could tune/datalogg my EVO in the Houston area? If so, could you please PM me those locations? I would really, really appreciate it.
I am looking at getting the EVO road-tuned by a out of state tuner and needed a safe place to go about doing this.
Thanks

any highway later in the evening. drive slow until you have a large gap in front of you, and preferably nothing beside or behind you. floor it, and log away

If you don't mind spending a couple bucks, and have a toll tag, I would advise the Sam Houston Tollway between I-10 and 290, after rush hour is over. It gets pretty clear, and cops are low. The only sucky thing is that you have to pay every time you turn around.
The other thing I would advise is if you can find a cop in a restaurant or whatever, just introduce yourself and tell him you need a safe road where you can test out your car and can he suggest one. HPD cops (unless you get unlucky) are surprisingly nice about that sort of thing. Do NOT ask this same question to a BPD or WUPD cop!!!!
