AMS tune 2/28/08
Is there a day two?
Hey guys, for anyone reading this that might be "on the line" about whether or not to get this tune: I was at a small meet last night, and gave a ride to someone who is also an EVO ower (for purposes of letting him see what the FP green is like) and at 21lbs of boost and 3 people in the car, I was told it was the fastest FP green evo he'd been in for this area. This gentleman has been in a number of Evo's tuned by a lot of the local fellas...and now he's going to try and get an FPgreen installed and tuned by Chris Black at AMS.
Just a note for inspiration.
Good luck everyone and be safe. And if you can't shift the car well...let Chris do the driving during the tune...it's less scary for him; and remember...no telling anyone where the secret tune location is!!!

Probably not going to be a second day unless we just take a few on the side on Friday.

Got to give credit where it's deserved. Parts are parts--but parts are nothing without proper tuning.
And it seems that most everyone that comes across my car (with roughly the same mods) says that there's a very discernable difference in power and driveability. I'm going to try and get her on a dyno-dynamics and see what she's got at roughly 23lbs. I can't ever get that boost controller to set right at though---it's always a little above or below 23psi.
Either way--I'll try and post up the numbers so people can get an idea of how good the tune really is.

Im really excited as well. I was very very very satisfied with my tune by Chris from AMS. Hands down the best tune I have ever recieved. I'm very anxious to see what my g ride is gonna do with the cams and other goodies. Thanks again for Josh killing him self getting this together and a special Thanks to Chris for doing what he does best! See yah on the 28th.
