So... the plan is to meet at Dions Paseo/Wyoming around 12:00-1:00ish but I don't want to stand around and eat pizza all day. lol. After that we'll make a run up to the crest. If you're not familiar with the that, it's a big long, windy road to the top of the sandia mountains. I think it's like 10-20 miles, but don't quote me on that. Trust me, it's alot of fun and the scenery up top is amazing. I'm not sure what everyone else wants to do. Maybe AIK? (Albuquerque Indoor Karting) or a parking garage for pics? If anyone has any ideas of what else to do, please chime in before Friday. I'll post a tenative schedule Friday night of times and stuff we're gonna do incase you'll be late. Oh, and if you are not familiar with the area and don't already have my phone number, PM me and I'll send it to you in case you get lost.

I've had a few people say they are interested in taking the back road back, which runs through Madrid and ends up in Santa Fe. I think this would be fun, there are lots of nice windy roads, but I'm not sure what others want to do.

Here's an image from google maps showing the road up to the crest for thos that are not familiar. It starts on Highway 14 at the bottom right, and turn left onto turquoise train and follow it all the way up. I've made it from my house (on the westside of ABQ) all the way to the top in roughly an hour, so it's not really long at all. I'm sure we could make it up there in less time going from Dions. (the arrow at the top right is the ending point at the top of the mountain)
I can't see it, I'll have to wait until I get home.
Me and the wife are staying the night at Kirtland AFB. She needs to get some stuff for her trip next week. So what ever we do it's all good!

As for pictures, I'm thinking that there's a nice parking garage off of Louisiana (in ABQ) that we've done quite a few shots at. Does everyone want to hit up the photo spot first while the cars are still clean and before we are all tired? lol.
