**TX Chat- Big wing or ban!**
My car has 8500 miles on it and only one tire was worn out. I bought the car with 4600 miles on it He tells me nope those tires aren't covered. Mitsubishis don't cover those. He then tells me he could get me some new tires to purchase if I would like. I spoke with my friend a Mitsubishi master tech no less and he said that is BS. My car should be covered up to 12,000 miles. He told me that the same thing happened to him and his tires got replaced. I complained the day after my car was purchased and they found the alignment was out. They fixed the alignment and wrote the specs in with a pen. Didn't even give me a printout. Some of their techs are good but I think that it is pretty weak to tell me that it is my problem less than 4 months after buying the car and having such low mileage.
They checked my alignment and sait it was dead on. I just really thought that they could have worked with me on it a little more considering the low mileage and the fact that I just bought the car there. So I feel that I must slam their department on the site.

i bought my car from them, and the one before the evo i bought from them too.
they quoted me at 20+ hours of labor, at $98/hour for a clutch install plus cost of the clutch and flywheel. no more stealership for me. kevind can do everything they can for a fraction of the cost and treats your car with respect while paying utmost attention to detail. plus the mitsu warranty is a freakin joke. does anybody really think your transfer case or anything else that commonly breaks is covered, HA!

but I think it's worth it in the end. I will be tracking the car pretty frequently (autox and road race) so it will be a fun car for me. Way better than the Integra haha!
I enjoy DDing my Evo. It's not a bad ride at all and it's a lot of fun to have such power at the push of a pedal.
Funny now, after having it for just over a month, it doesn't seem as fast as it was when I first got it. Either it's slowing down or I'm just getting used to it.
Guess it's time to start modding..

I won't be at the June 1 event (anniversary plans), but I should be at the rest of them throughout the year.
