new sm at don herring mitsu
just wanted to say hi to the evo enthusiasts in dfw, was at the spring creek meet last tuesday for about 30 minutes, and the evos in the parking lot were intense. i'm the new sm at don herring mitsu and wanted you guys to know that not all of us at the factory are so bad. we always keep an open mind with your concerns, if you do install a mod on your evo we wont "void you warr" we'll check it out and give you the benefit of the doubt. don jr. let me drive an o6 evo on the lot the other day and i couldnt believe what kind of cars mitsu was putting out, ill need your help to get up to speed on all the info, so let me know what im missing. email me at coreye@donherring.com, or call me at 9727853125, ask for corey. if you dont mind, id like your names, phone #, and emails so i can create a list for the area. i may need to contact some of you with questions...

Corey is our new Service Manager in Irving. His past experience has been with Toyota and Lexus. His history in customer service is second to none and he's doing a great job getting up to speed on all of our product but has really become enamored with the Evo. I think all of you guys will come to appreciate his commitment to Mitsubishi and the Evo.

Thats good to know somebody will care about our Evo's not like some other dealer that will blame the BOV for the leak on your transmission . Not going to mention name ahem "lewisville mitsu" but it sure nice to know that hopefully you will make a difference

Sweet, I'm glad to see someone is on our side. I still wish I would have bought my 08 EVO MR from ya'll guys instead of another DFW dealer. With your rep among the DFW Evo crowd (didn't know it at the time of purchase), I feel that you guys could have gave me a better deal. But thats in the past....
But with the statements above, I will most definately will go to your dealership for service or repair work.
Don Herring Mitsu = Great Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!
