NTEC Holiday Party
Good lord goofy, how old is the projector? Is it a 1080p HD projector? Thats going to my next purchase for the house. I believe Epson makes a good 1080p HD projector in the $2000 range. Its been getting good reviews. Just FYI. But the room looks good.
The old projector is a CRT projector. They don't have pixels and the have the best color representation... but they are nowhere near as bright as the new "bulb" type projectors.
My new one is the Panasonic AX200U (720p). It was only $700 new and it has a feature that "smooths" the pixels (at the cost of some clarity). I was looking at a 1080p Mitsubishi, but it could only be placed in a very particular spot -- and it wasn't as bright as the panasonic.
The Epson 1080ub is a great projector, but it was out of my budget.

Just finished wrapping the chinese gift. Now gotta go outside and fight the wind to wash the car. Can't wait to see everyone tonight.
I will also bring a DVD player as requested to the party tonight. I also vote to drive through Deerfield tonight if everyone still wants to, for some outstanding x-mas light displays. They seem to always represent every year. But I'm open to new neighborhoods.

JJ I have not had a chance to return the package or upload the pics. I have been getting home late from work.
Please be patient as they are coming soon. Lancerguy03 and everyone who went to Eagles Canyon pics and vids are on the way sorry.

Anyone want to do something for New Years? Let me know.

Thanks Justin for all your efforts in coordinating the party. It's understood that it takes much research, coordination and a lot of your time to have it come off successfully and this did.
