Check for boost leaks too. Mine is running with the same AFR at WOT too. I have the dreaded TB shaft seal leak...MIL.SPEC here I come!

 

I just set up an appointment with KevinD for the 12th of March, for a tune and boost leak test. He was saying I just need a catch can between my pcv and intake manifold, I actually ordered one last week and should be here any day, so well see if that helps.

 

Anyone here using the Synapse WG or BOV? I'm looking into a new BOV and just want some opinions.

 

If your not running serious boost just get an Evo IX BOV. If you already have one then you are good.

 

I agree the ix valve is perfect!

Okay, my visit to Evolution Dynamics was great. Kevin definately knows his stuff. We tuned the car and it pulls like crazy. I'm pushing 23psi. With his program he uses to measure power level, my car is 351awhp and 320ish ft/tq. Kevin did great.

Yeah, soon as I find time I will get there. I wanna hit up the San Antonio track. My home city lol. Not this bs temple track. Kevin said I will hit easy 12's. I have been drag reason since before I even had my drivers license lol. So well see what shell do. I have driven cars that ran 9's, 10's, an so forth, and 12's are to easy for me now lol. Aint no 11 sec close to 10 like yours though lol, unless I put my GSX-R 750 on there, then that is an adrenaline rush.

 

I dont think that the track is a BS track, there are a lot of high end cars that go there. You should take it there then you could see how your car does against other cars in the area. You got to remember the car is only as fast as the driver, after all without him the car isnt going anywhere.

 

True, but I have been on that track many times and it is garbage. When I had my black 03 civic ex, 1.7L SOHC Turbo I ran a freaking 14.2 best time. Took it to San Antonio and ran a 13.6.

Temple track is rough. And honestly I am not worried about who I am faster or who is faster then me. I'm racing against my own times you know.
