Smart guy. If you are into 1/4 mile stuff this should be the mod to have. I've thought about having it myself for autocross.

NLTS is beautiful when using for 1/4 mile...nice way to keep you in your powerband at all times.

 

I'm not gonna no lift shift, Not a fan of it, first to 2nd seems hardest then it's just a little slower for 3rd and 4th I should be fine

 

And an 11.9 or 11.8 is still an 11 and I'll be happy with that

im the only stock turbo evo here in san antonio still running 12.0 but thats because of this stupid ****en clutch.. but it getting changed here in march for sure..

 

i would be good with a 11.6 on the setup

 

I'm gonna try changing my fluids back to amsoil and see if it helps any because I've never heard of this issue with the exedy stage 2 hd clutch.

 

I havent heard of that either. But you should def hit 11's pretty easy. I went 12.24 with the stock clutch and bald tires spinning first and some of second. Once I retune here soon I'm hoping, Im going to give it another shot for a high 11. Ill be running bigger cams and valve train and E85 this time. Soon as the IRS stops messin around.

But yeah the clutch is on its way with Jms working on resynchro of my tranny with a Evo 8 3rd and 4th. Then it's go time. Yah ever gonna make a trip down here for a track day????

 

Ya I plan on making it to San Antonio to run there since our local track is a pos big time. I wanna organize a rollout there once the weather is consistently better, I know Petty would be down cuz he has family there
