Thanks again for all the support guys.

I'm fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinaly getting an update from the other guys insurance. They are supposed to send an appraiser out there today. And I'm also supposed to hear from their bodily injury rep. My knee is still pretty swollen, still walking with crutches. I picked up a rental care this morning. Nissan Versa FTW! lol

Anyway, I'm ready to get things back to normal. I hate to say it, but I'll probably file suit with Mitsu in regards to the seat breakage. It's very obvious is malfunctioned and caused the injury to my knee. I normally look down on people that file suit, but I think it's just in this case.

I would file suit as well. My only concern would be the mods I put on the car and if they will say that it was because the car had been "modified"....

Good luck either way. How tall are you for reference? I'm 6'6, so if my seat breaks....well we all know the outcome...

I would say that it is about time Mitsubishi take some accountability for their problems. I hope everything works out for you man.

Mitsubishi's accountability for their problems is like -327% You should definitely take it to suit.

Also, you should take the POS Nissan Versa back and demand a nicer car. I got "free" upgrades in car level because I did that, and basically got to choose the car, from within the standard lower level (no trucks/suv, or "fun" cars).

Good luck with everything. Hope it all goes relatively well all things considered. Good to hear that you're doing alright.

Since I'm pretty sure your car is going to be a total loss, have you started thinking about your next car?

lol, I've been thinking about my next car for about 8 months. I had just planned to keep the Evo as a project car.

I know I am... maybe just a little...

Even though, as of right now, my latest dream car is... http://www.seriouswheels.com/cars/to...0-Scuderia.htm Not like I could afford it. But that's why they call it dream car right?

But back to reality. Yeah. A Z06 would be awesome.
