And a import shootout at Centerville Dragway on Saturday. I'll be racing at both unless this clutch doesn't like me.

Did you make it to the auto-x? If so you never came over and introduced yourself. There were two new Evo's there this weekend. Both of them silver. One was a 9 MR and the other was a 8 gsr. We had a total of 6 Evos there on Sunday. Everyone except for me ran STU.

I won SM by a good bit, finished 3rd in raw time and 4th in PAX. I'm really thinking about taking out my cams so I can run BSP because I would have finished 2nd in PAX if so.

Also, I won the $500 for super import at Centerville Dragway. It was all pure luck though, but I'd rather be lucky over good anyday.

Yes I made it out, I watched you run after the Red TA that spun out. I had my wife and son with me and he was a little under dressed for that wind. The guy with the 9 lives close to me his name is Garrett, he came over saturday to help install my ETS kit. Now I'm just waiting to get tuned. I heard you ran a 10sec. something at the track for that $500. Definantly not to shaby, are you running the FP Red? Did you ever get retuned by Mellon I think is who you said was going to retune you.

I went 9.4 in the 1000'. It is still the stock turbo with a 10.5 hotside. A 75 shot of nitrous really wakes up the car. On that pass it was making about 25 psi with the AEM Tru-Boost at 90% duty cycle. I will run more boost and a bigger shot of nitrous once I change this clutch out. It kept wanting to blow through the clutch.

I've never got a tune. I just run stock timing and fuel maps for now. It always has worked great for me.

I just got off of the phone with Vorshlag Motorsports, and my AST 5100 coilovers should be to me by the end of the week or early next week! I can't wait. It should much faster if I can keep it from tripoding all the way around the course. lol

Well Balrok and I woke up stupid early and drove all the way to Springfield to Auto-x up there but they canceled it as we were pulling in at 8:30am because only six people were there when registration ends at 10am.

Less than 15 minutes after we left, it stopped raining.

I also found out that Falken RT615 suck for driving in standing water on the interstate. I pretty much had to white knuckle it all the way there and home.

but my car was being a whiny little ***** yesterday. Anytime I'd roll into full throttle, she would knock and pull timing. She has never done that to me before and it just pushed me over the top with such a bad day that I was having. So I drove her home, re-arranged the fleet ( I own four cars just for myself ), and put her up on jack stands right beside my black car and took the clutch out. I have a twin disk to go back in since this clutch was just to get me by until I had the money to but a twin.

All I'm waiting on is a rear main seal (because the old one started leaking right after I put this clutch in), a short brake line, and a dry break quick disconnect since I also bought the AMS push conversion. They supply a short line to go from the TOB to the clutch master and it is a ***** to put that one and I'd have to bleed it every time, but not with the QD.

As I was pulling the pressure plate off the flywheel, I was standing over the car reaching down into the engine bay trying to get one of the bolts loose. When it finally broke loose, I pretty much fell into the valve cover and knocked two teeth loose and chipped four of them. I feel like a retard as it is still sore.

So I went inside and "relaxed " for a bit and walked back into the garage and yelled at my car. I called her names and treated her like she was a girlfriend that cheated on me. Every since then, I've felt so much better.
