Black 8 or 9 somewhere around 183/Arboretum area today (8/30) at around 4:30pm. Looked stock and dirty (maybe headed to the car wash ).

I never see Evos around here, especially 8/9s... I'm in a Red IX.

spotted in league city mar bella community evo X Orange, volk wheels, wing, exhaust, front lip. I live in the community if you need anything, jack, jack stand, tools let me know.

 

A few to report:
White 9 with black painted intercooler at the Brodie and Davis strip mall a couple weeks ago.

Black 9? at southpark meadows last week.

White RallyArt Saturday on the 183 feeder way the **** up north. Only revved at you because my horn fuse was blown.

 

Anyone know an Austin area shop that would do a Texas state inspection? I don't trust handing my keys over to a local shop that doesn't do performance cars... Or a 16yr old jiffy lube employee who will take the car around the block

 

I usually go to Dave's Ultimate. They've been pretty trustworthy.

Wow! Dead this long?

Saw a couple Evos Thursday:
White X at Crockett around 4pm
White 8/9 minus rear wing leaving Barton Creek mall around 7pm

 

Seems like everytime I see an Evo, the driver doesn't even look over at me or acknowledge me. I guess my car looks stock

 

white 9 leaving the mall was me, didnt see you though.

 

Going to be seeing me in the area shortly. Found out last Friday that my company wants me to move to Austin. Expect to see my RR X on the streets by March!

How is the import scene out there?

 

White widebody kit with the widest wheels I have ever seen on an Evo Saturday around 5 pm. A sticker next to the bumper that said "race car".
This was on one of the bfe toll roads near RR.

 

I was waiting a few cars back at the light heading east on 360. Tried to catch up once the light changed but you were way gone ;-)

 

Well if I saw you in that clean machine I would probably be too embarrassed to acknowledge you while driving in my brake dust/rich exhaust covered filthy X

I can't speak to anything regarding the import scene, but if you are into track days then there is plenty of action. Join Spokes and watch the various local enthusiast forums and you can pretty much run a track every week.

That was my orange evo. It is Plastidip. Seen you on 1626. Just got back from Harris Hills Track but was black flagged because my car is too loud.
